The mission of Homebound Services is to provide library materials and services to eligible residents of Kenton County who are unable to visit the library. We individually evaluate each person interested in the service.

Residents of Kenton County qualify for Homebound Services if:

• They have a disability or medical condition which precludes them from visiting a library. A note of medical confirmation stating these limitations may be required.

• They are a caretaker of a person with a disability or medical condition and their caretaking schedule precludes them from visiting a library.

A Kenton county resident qualifies for the service regardless of whether the limitations mentioned above are either short term or long term. We appreciate a prompt notice of any participant currently enrolled in the program who may now be able to visit the library.

Services are provided without regard to age, race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, income or other legally protected status.

Services are provided at no charge to the patron.
