Our library provides books and magazines on specially recorded cassettes for people who are visually impaired and/or physically handicapped and live in Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen and Pendleton counties. If you live outside these particular counties, call 1-800-372-2968 for the Talking Book Library nearest you.

We are part of a nationwide network of cooperative libraries headed by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, which is a division of the Library of Congress that was established in 1931. We are a sub regional office of the Kentucky Talking Book Library located in the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives in Frankfort that serves patrons in 112 counties.
