Hi! Miranda,
I keep a computer print of calender pages with the Holidays on it in my folder I use for programming, that way if I come across another idea other then what I am looking for then I can jot it down in correspondance to what month or time of month it may be best to talk about it, like for instance when I was looking at the list of bi-folkal kits I saw the one about Farm Days and had just seen something about Earth Day so I am going to put the two together. Everything else I have to do I usually take about 5-10 mins. during the last 30 of work and jot down what I would like to get done, then the next morning I try to prioritize them. There are some things that have been on my list for a couple of weeks, just little things.
Good luck!

Here's a maybe strange one for ya...
As librarians and programmers we often have very busy schedules with having to plan things in advance. How do you all keep track of your schedule? Carry around a calender, cell phone, computer program?
Just trying to find an economical and easy way to keep it all near me at all times.
Thanks!
Miranda @ Hopkins County
