Could you please send a copy of it as an attachment, it would really be helpful to those of us that are new to doing programming. Our director as recently ask us to take turns (work in pairs)to plan activities once a month and i think a list of this will be helpful to all of us.

Thanks!

We do, actually. It's a somewhat complicated form but it follows what would be the chronological order of needed activities (scheduling the room, scheduling staff to help, talking to maintenance about set up, the business administrator for funds for speakers, publicity, etc.) It was extremely useful when I was first starting out but I've gradually weaned myself off - which isn't always good! At least a shortened version would be good to keep in front of you at all time to avoid slip-ups.

Do any of you have a program checklist of sorts that you use when
preparing for programs?
One that lists program details, what is needed, when/where/who, so that
you can refer to one general sheet to see what still needs to be done
and mark off tasks as you complete them?
Thanks!
Miranda
