Gale Courses offers a wide range of interactive, instructor led courses that you can take entirely online.  As a Kenton County Public Library card holder (apply for a card), you can enroll in these courses at no cost. In these 6 week courses, you’ll spend roughly 2 to 4 hours each week completing two lessons. Expert instructors develop every course and you’ll be able to interact with them and fellow students in an online discussion area.  

 Mastery of Business Fundamentals

Master the fundamentals of accounting and increase your knowledge about key financial terms, cash flow management, financial statements, and cost control. Additionally, learn the difference between financial and cost accounting.

Business Finance for Non-Finance Personnel

 Using practical explanations and real-life examples, this course will show you how money flows through a typical business. You will learn the basics of how a business operates, including how to develop successful business strategies and how to use financial statements to make better business decisions.
