Description: Bavarian Brewery, looking south from Pike & 11th Streets
Comment: This building was built in the very early 1900's, and demolished in 2018. It included the Packing Room, so noted on the lower left side of the photo. The orientation of the building was such that the left side with the signage faces north and most of the building shown faces west. On the far right side of the photo a Brew House building was added in c. 1910 that faced north. Behind and connected to the Brew House was the Mill House, with a south side that faced 12th street.

Description: Bonita Burns (28), corrdinator of gifted programs for Covington Public Schools
Comment: I would very much like to contact Bonita. She was my first grade Teacher and left an indelible impression upon me. Bonita also penned a note to my Mother in 1970 about me that fueled my sense of self-worth. I assume the KY. Superintendent Bonita Burns is the same person. I have had no success finding her online. Any feedback/direction is appreciated.

Description: first building "new office" (now Glier's Meats - 2007)
Comment: It is thought this building was located off of what is now 11th Street formerly Pike Street and directly west of the former Bavarian Bottling Dept. This bottling building still exists and is now Glier's Meats. However, it is believed that the building shown in this photo was probably razed and it's site is now occupied by Knockelmann Heating & A/C - not Glier's Meats.
