Harry P. Brown was elected Mayor of Ludlow in 1906. He held the position for one four-year term.
In 1911 he was convicted of “neglecting to discharge his duties” by allowing slot machines to operate within the city limits. He was fined $250.00.
Brown was a manager at the Kirby Service Corporation in Cincinnati. He was a member of the Scottish Rite of Masons and the Samuel Reed Lodge No. 478 F & AM. Brown died in 1922 at his home, 198 Highway Avenue.
