13 Ways to Save With Your Library Card

National Library Card Signup Month runs Sept. 1-Sept. 30. Anyone residing in Greater Cincinnati can stop by with an ID or proof of their current address to apply for a free Kenton County Public Library card, opens a new window. Children will need a guardian's signature.
