Did you know that KCPL's Outreach Branch circulates 6,000+ materials throughout the community every month?
From distributing library cards to sharing digital resources and educational tools, KCPL is dedicated to removing barriers by bringing services directly to those who need them most. This is accomplished through the following services:

- Homebound – Designed to offer library materials and programming to Kenton County residents with a short or long-term disability, or a medical condition, that prevents them from visiting the library.
- Racing to Read – Serves children ages 0-5 at childcare facilities in Kenton County to build a foundation of early literacy skills.
- School Services – Provides dedicated staff, services and resources to support public and private school students in grades pre-K through 12, as well as teachers and administrators.
- ESL – KCPL offers ESL classes for non-native speakers to practice speaking, listening, reading and writing in English.
- Community Connection – Brings services to parks, senior centers, local partners and more to continuously strengthen how the library supports the community.
- Resource Support – Discover a variety of community resources for veterans, housing, food and social services across the region.

Through these programs and services, KCPL is able to serve an additional 4,000+ patrons in the community on a monthly basis – ensuring that the library really is for everyone.
If you are interested in learning more about or taking advantage of any of these services, check out the Outreach website, opens a new window and complete the request form at the bottom of the page. We would love to support you or your organization!
