Alisha Copley, a Career Navigator at the Covington Branch, provided some quick insight on how best to prepare for first-round interviews.

"Do your research! The last thing you want to seem is unprepared and lacking knowledge on the company or organization. Anyone preparing for a job interview should familiarize themselves with the company's website, social media and professional networking profiles," Copley shared. "Search for recent news articles from reputable sources and leverage their network to find out information from folks who currently work at or have previously worked at that organization in the past."
