  • General Questions

    The Kenton County Public Library Foundation supports the library’s programs and services not covered by traditional tax dollars. The Foundation Board is comprised by a group of community-minded volunteers who raise funds for the library through special events and donor cultivation. Members of the Foundation Board also advocate the mission of the library and the programs and service offered. To learn more about the Foundation or to give, click here. 

    The Friends of the Kenton County Public Library is a volunteer organization designed to provide community support for the library system. Learn more here

  • Book/Media Donations

    Yes, we are accepting donations of books and other audio visual materials. At this time we are not accepting magazine donations. Contact the Circulation Department before you drop off materials. (859) 962-4000.

  • Jobs at the Library

    The minimum age 16 years old for a shelving position. All other positions require a high school diploma or GED.  See a listing of all available jobs.

  • Volunteer

    We do not accept court-ordered volunteers

    Some of our volunteer opportunities are available for those ages 13 and above.  Each volunteer opportunity lists age requirements.
