A website and app that readers can use to log their reading for SRC (Summer Reading Challenge) and other various challenges. Learn more here.
Since 1931, the library has offered a summer reading club to encourage children to read throughout the summer months. Keeping children engaged and reading while not in school also helps prevent the summer slide. In recent years, teens and adults have been added to the celebration. Art classes, storytimes, concerts and family fun activities allow library staff to bring books to life by engaging readers of all ages.
